Our fiber solutions ensure maximum safety in our customers‘ products. They impress with the highest quality standards for the industrial and automotive sector. We twist and wind polyester, rayon, PVA, nylon, aramid (Kevlar®, Nomex®, Twaron® and Technora®), spun polyester and other industrial fibers.

Processes
PEAK PERFORMANCE IN EVERY FIBER
Beaver‘s wide range and state-of-the-art production capabilities allow us to process specific materials in different ways, providing the most cost effective path to sustain the highest level of performance. The result being peak performance in all applications.
TWISTING
We twist filament yarns to protect and stabilize the fiber bundle and maximize breaking strength. Twisting also helps to improve downstream processability, and reduces the likelihood of mechanical damage to the yarn.
TREATING
Beaver Manufacturing specializes in unique, performance-enhancing treatments for superior adhesion. Our high capacity and flexibility allows us to treat any fiber.
WINDING
All of our products are wound to customer specifications and measured in length to ensure uniform package run out on the tube making lines. We offer both precision and random winding for cores, cones, spools and bulk packaging.
